Eszter Tóth
Postdoc
Between 2015 and 2020, my research was primarily focused on Cas12a nucleases, including their function, characterisation, comparison, and the development of alternative PAM mutant variants (see publications). Following that, I was at home with my son for three years. I returned in 2024 and am currently working on the improvement of known human pathogenic mutations using Cas protein-based methods.
