My research focuses on the development of CRISPR-based genome editing technologies. Currently, I am focusing on the experimental validation and methodological development of programs that predict the efficiency of Prime Editing. This approach can contribute to the more accurate functioning of these programs, which provides an opportunity to design effective and rapid Prime Editing-based genome editing therapeutic procedures and laboratory experiments. Previously, during my doctoral studies, I worked on the diagnostic applicability of regulatory small RNAs and the mapping of alternative small RNA maturation pathways.
